Every item line by line, grouped by room (and by dwelling on multi-unit jobs), with finishes checked so everything in each room matches. Delivery is its own line, so you see the full cost up front.
We deliver in stages
Rough-in (wastes, strip drains, in-wall bodies), then fit-off (tapware and showers), then final (vanities, mirrors and baths), timed to your build.

How fast is the quote?
Within one business day of receiving your enquiry. If something on your list needs checking with a supplier first, we'll tell you.
I only have a rough idea, not plans. Can you still quote?
Yes. A photo of your list, a sketch of the room or a description of what you want is enough to start. We'll quote what you've described and suggest anything that's missing.
Can I change the quote once I have it?
Yes. Swap a finish, drop an item or add a room and we'll reissue it.
When do I pay?
Under $5,000 you pay in full before we order. $5,000 to $25,000 is a 50% deposit, with the balance due before the final delivery. Over $25,000 is a 50% deposit plus a progress payment before each delivery.
Do you deliver to my area?
Put your suburb on the form and the delivery price will be on your quote as its own line.
